Shipping & Returns

General Information
The Buyer understands and accepts that shipping is Non-Refundable. The buyer understands and accepts that the Non-Refundable shipping policy applies to the rare cases of a product arriving DOA, missing accessories, wrong model, wrong product, not as described, etc.

Customer Pick-up
We will gladly allow you to come pick up your orders at our Warehouse located in Princeton, MN. But, please give us 24 hour notice prior to pickup and all orders that are picked up are subject to a in-house pick-up fee of $20.00.

When picking up at our warehouse you will be subject to Minnesota State Sales Tax even if you are from out of state.

Pick-up of non stock items will not be possible. Some of our items are shipped directly from the manufacture and payment and shipping will be due for these items at check out also we do carry a large stock of inventory but we can not always keep all items in stock, if you items are back ordered you will be notified by email with-in 12 hours of placing your order to let you know of order status.

Any piece of equipment that requres us to crateing you will need to give us a 24 hour notice and an additional $140 per crate fee is required

Local Delivery
We can deliver almost anywhere within the State of Minnesota, if you wish to use this option select request quote while checking out.

UPS Delivery
UPS delivery is our primary method of shipping for items that weight under 125 lbs. Items shipped via UPS automatically come with $100 insurance and additional Insurance can be purchased. If the item is an in-stock item and you place your order by 12PM CST your order will ship the same day. UPS can not deliver to APO/FPO or Post Office Boxes for these services please select Request a Quote.

US Postal Service
The US Postal Service will only be used for APO / FPO delivers, A-Z Restaurant Equipment will not ship to PO Boxes

Freight Delivery
Freight delivery is for items that weigh over 125 lbs. we use www.freightquotes.com to give you an accurate quote for our shipping carriers.

Crateing of items are subject to a $140 additional charge, this fee will put your piece of equipment strapped or bolted down to a pallet and surrounded by a crate to offer maximum protection.

International Delivery
We will gladly ship your item internationally, what we will require of you with the order is your Business Name, Business ID / Federal ID Number and a Phone Number. A Shipping quote for this type of delivery may take up to 2 weeks to processes to ensure the cheapest method has been found.

Expidited Delivery
Once you make your order please give us a call at (888) 389-0352 and ask for Luke. Please note that orders that are non-stock items can not be expidited.

Non-Stock Items - Special Order
Although our warehouse is massive and we carry alot of Equipment and Smallwares we can not fit every thing in our warehouse and some items will require us to have them sent from the manufacture to us which may take up to two weeks of additional shipping time. Items that we do not carry in-houe and are special order items from the manufacture can not be canceled.

Using Your Shipping Account
If you have a cheaper method of shipping that you would like to use please tell us and we can use your shipping account to processes your order. Crating fees still are applied if the item requires crating.

Sales Tax:
Sales Tax: All Items that are either paid for in the State of Minnesota or are to be delivered to the State of Minnesota are subject to pay State Sales Tax of 6.875%.

Warrenty Information
All Out of State Sales of Used Equipment are as-is and no warranty will be offered unless otherwise stated on the invoice, Almost all of the items that we sell out of state have been tested and refurbished back to the original Manufacture Specs by our certified in-house technicians. Some items we are not set up to test and others are not worth getting certain parts for. These items will be noted as such and we will make you aware of them before the sale. Due to us being a small business we cannot offer warranty Nationwide, Please discuss this policy with your sales person.
